Ever wanted a nutritionist to look over your diet, gives you tips and advice, direct you to healthier food substitutes or suggest healthy meal recipes based off of what you like to eat?
After years of experience helping people make small, but efficient and sustainable changes towards healthier diets, I have finally decided to bring my knowledge, expertise, and passion to you personally.
All you will need is a google email (gmail) account and to spend a little bit of time each day to log the food you eat. It’s that easy! Then, at the end of each week, I will go through your week’s food intake and add personalized tips and notes to your food log. Then, we will chat over the phone about the notes I took, your week, or anything related.
This is not a diet nor a meal plan. I will equip you with personalized tools to eating a better, more balanced diet, and from that, it will be up to you to make the changes towards a healthier lifestyle. All you need to say is YES and nothing could be more rewarding and sustainable than that.
