I have always been one who thinks about gifts for people for a while. I want what I get to be used and I want them to really enjoy their gift, so I put a lot of time and effort into thinking about what to get them. So this is why I put together this list for you, and for me. If you’re like me, or maybe you just need some gift inspo for the holidays this year (or even for birthdays!), here you go! Let me know what your friends think, and if you get these things for yourself, I won’t judge either.
I use my daily backpack, well, daily. For the gym, for long days away from home, for events and outings. I think every person needs a day-pack. This is the perfect one to get for both guys and gals!
Fitness Studio Gift Cards
Gift cards to fitness studios near where your friends live or work is a great way to allow them to try out a new place. Its like gifting a mini personal getaway. I would maybe include a note saying you will be going too though so that they do not think you’re trying to hint something.. because that would not be a gift that your friend would enjoy. Not only would your friend get excited about trying a new place, but then they can get excited about hanging out with you more! Win-win.
Yeti’s are the hottest new thing right now. A yeti mug will keep coffee hot for hours and water cool all day long. Plus, it is super durable and sporty! Get this for your friend with a few of your favorite healthy drink mixes and tonics (like ones from FourSigmatic or Sutra) and I know they will love it!
Food Subscription Boxes
Make your friends life a little easier by getting them a subscription for a healthy food prep program. No one will turn down not having to go to the grocery store for the week!
