Here’s what you need:
1 plain Kite Hill (or other milk alternative) yogurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 banana, sliced
1 protein bar (I used a GoMacro bar)
dried pear slices
Here’s what you do:
In the yogurt container, mix in chia seeds.
Then, add banana, pieces of the protein bar, and dried pear slices.
Drizzle with honey.
Enjoy for breakfast or post workout snack, or whenever your heart desires.
