I believe that health and wellness is an ongoing pursuit, which is why you will see me constantly promoting something I call “balanced living'“. In my opinion, living a balanced lifestyle looks like this: lots of learning, constant adapting, excelling, creating new relationships, keeping an open mind, trying new things, making new friends, creating priorities, striving for goals, and loving oneself through it all.

My name is Morgan and I am a constantly on-the-go nutrition and food expert with a passion for life and all the crazy it brings. I love smoothie bowls, coffee, being outside, going to fitness classes with friends, and anything and everything the colors white or green.
I graduated from Oregon State University with my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food and am currently working as a nutrition and health coach for a meal prep company in Beaverton, OR.
